Human MADCAM1 on Bis-Tris PAGE under reduced condition. The purity is greater than 95%.
The purity of Human MADCAM1 is greater than 90% as determined by SEC-HPLC.

Background
Mucosal addressin cell adhesion molecule–1 (MAdCAM-1) is an endothelial cell marker that is recognized by its ligands on lymphocytes: L-selectin and α4β7 integrin. MAdCAM-1 is highly expressed on intestinal endothelium and has, recently, been shown to play an important role in the development of acute GVHD in animal model.
