Data Display
Immobilized Human GPC3 VLP at 5 μg/mL (100 μL/well). The dose-response curve for Anti-GPC3 Antibody, hFc Tag gave an EC50 of 3.3 ng/mL by ELISA.
Background
Glypican-3 is encoded by GPC3. Its protein core is processed into an approximately 40 kDa N-terminal subunit and an approximately 30 kDa C-terminal subunit. GPC3 is being investigated as a therapeutic target in liver cancer and other cancers, and multiple therapeutic anti-GPC3 antibodies have been developed.
