Immobilized Biotinylated Human CD3E&CD3D, hFc Tag at 1μg/ml (100μl/Well) on streptavidin (5μg/ml) precoated plate. Dose response curve for OKT3, mFc Tag with the EC50 of 42.1ng/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test).
Immobilized Anti-CD3 Anitibody, hFc Tag at 5μg/ml(100μl/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Biotinylated Human CD3E&CD3D, hFc-Avi tag with the EC50 of 0.12μg/ml determined by ELISA.
Anti-CD3 Antibody, hFc Tag immobilized on CM5 Chip can bind Biotinylated Human CD3E&CD3D, hFc-Avi tag with an affinity constant of 0.17 µM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
Background
T-cell surface glycoprotein CD3 epsilon&CD3 delta chain, also known as CD3E&CD3D, are single-pass type I membrane proteins.When antigen presenting cells (APCs) activate T-cell receptor (TCR), TCR-mediated signals are transmitted across the cell membrane by the CD3 chains CD3D, CD3E, CD3G and CD3Z. All CD3 chains contain immunoreceptor tyrosine-based activation motifs (ITAMs) in their cytoplasmic domain.
