Product Details

Molecular Aliases
CCR-8; CMKBRL2; CKR-L1; GPR-CY6; GPRCY6; TER1; CCR8; CKRL1; CMKBR8; CD198; ChemR1; CKR-L1; CY6; TER-1; CDw198
Protein Length
Met1-Lys35
Expression System
HEK293
Theoretical Molecular Weight
The protein has a predicted MW of 30.62 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 40-50 kDa based on Bis-Tris PAGE result.
Purity
> 95% as determined by Bis-Tris PAGE > 95% as determined by HPLC
Endotoxin
Less than 1 EU per μg by the LAL method.
Buffer / Formulation
Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
State
Lyophilized
Storage Conditions
-20 to -80°C for 12 months as supplied from date of receipt. -80°C for 3 months after reconstitution. Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities for optimal storage. Please minimize freeze-thaw cycles.
Reconstitution Advice
Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water. Please refer to the Certificate of Analysis for detailed instructions.

CCR8-HF001 ELISA result

Immobilized Human CCR8, hFc Tag at 2μg/ml (100μl/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Biotinylated Anti-CCR8 Antibody, hFc Tag with the EC50 of 36.4ng/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test).

Background

CC chemokine receptor (CCR) 8 (previously called CKR-L1 or TER1 and designated CD198), which is expressed on Th2 cells and eosinophils, has been implicated in allergic diseases. CCR8 may regulate monocyte chemotaxis and thymic cell line apoptosis and is alternative coreceptor with CD4 for HIV-1 infection.
